My clients are willing to show up vulnerable, messy, raw, pissed off or sad. In a world of curated images, they are willing to be real in the interest of living fuller lives.
I've been a therapist for over 15 years. I've been a client too, of course. Therapy has saved my life, improved my relationships, and helped me live more fully. That's why I'm so into this.
When I work with you, I'm always uncovering your wise inner voice. It's a superpower of mine to be able to hear it. Together we make your wise inner voice stronger and stronger until you can hear it all the time.
What we do
We'll have real conversations and I'll ask you a lot of great questions. We'll focus on helping you live more fully. Sometimes that means we'll laugh or cry together, and sometimes we'll be quiet. I bring my whole personality to therapy with me. I'm a highly trained therapist, but I'm a person first.
